* The cost of developing a design project for hotels, yachts, public spaces and commercial real estate is calculated individually, upon request

The design project serves as a step-by-step guide for creating the interior during renovation, defining “what” and “where” will be placed, as well as “how” it will look.

Author's supervision

* The service is included in the price, provided that we involve contractors recommended by us and if the design project was developed by us.

* * The cost and terms of the service are valid provided that author's supervision is not included in the selected tariff or was required additionally.

The final cost is formed after the completion of the design project and depends on the following factors: location of the facility, format of cooperation, frequency of inspections, volume of upcoming work and features of interaction with the construction team.

The contract for author's supervision is drawn up separately, after the approval of the design project.

The assembly service is not included in the price.

Monitoring the progress of construction work for compliance with the design project;
Advisory support and prompt interaction with builders.

**The cost of the service is relevant if it is not included in your tariff.

The service is provided after the design project is fully completed, when all interior details are agreed upon. The terms of cooperation and the work procedure are fixed in the contract.

Cost from $700 / month

Selection of finishing materials and furniture in accordance with the approved design concept;
Search for proven suppliers with the best price-quality ratio;
Replacement of missing or discontinued elements with analogues, preserving the original design concept.

Consultation

* The service is ordered optionally and can be provided if the design project was developed by us.

The consultation is conducted online in the form of an oral conversation. It is of an exclusively informational and familiarization nature and does not include the preparation of project or other documentation.
